Advice and Support for those in Residential Care Homes

We aim to help older people achieve the best possible quality of life following admission to a care home and to support owners and managers of care homes in dealing with matters affecting residents quality of life. We do this by providing telephone support to all residential care homes for older people in Essex.

We expect to get calls on a range of subjects form how to pay the fees of a care home; to what to do if you are concerned about the wellbeing of a resident.
